Professional on-site technical service from Centurion Precision for industrial machinery, CNC equipment, and manufacturing systems.
Our technicians can assist with equipment inspection, troubleshooting and diagnostics, machine setup, calibration support, assembly and disassembly, mechanical adjustments, preventive maintenance, and other technical service requirements.
2-Hour Service Minimum
The $500 service fee includes up to 2 hours of on-site technician labor. Additional service time is $250 per hour and may be purchased separately or billed following completion of the service visit.
Travel & Service Location
Travel time is not included in the service fee. Travel time and any applicable mileage, parking, tolls, lodging, or other travel-related expenses may be billed separately depending on the service location. Any applicable travel charges will be confirmed prior to scheduling.
Scheduling
After purchase, a Centurion Precision representative will contact you to review the service request and coordinate a service date and time. Purchasing a service visit does not guarantee a specific appointment date until the visit has been confirmed by Centurion Precision.
Parts & Additional Costs
Replacement parts, materials, specialty tooling, outside services, freight, and other project-specific expenses are not included in the service fee and will be quoted or billed separately when applicable.
